Order Status
Every swap carries an order ID that moves through five statuses.
The five order statuses
Waiting
Confirming
Exchanging
Sending
Finished
Finished is the exact status shown once the converted asset has reached the receiving wallet.
Fixed vs Floating
Both are available on every swap; the choice is about which trade-off you'd rather make.
What each rate type locks

How the Rate Is Built
SimpleSwap doesn't list a separate trading fee. The quoted rate already bundles everything below.
What the quoted rate includes

| Liquidity spread | The gap between what the liquidity provider offers and what's quoted to you |
| Service margin | SimpleSwap's own margin for routing and running the swap |
| Network fee | The blockchain's own cost to process the transaction, set by the network, not SimpleSwap |
| Loyalty discount | A reduction applied automatically if your account has reached a Loyalty tier |
